Call to <br /> order by Chairman Mountin at 7 : 32 PM on Wednesday, Order <br /> October 5 , 1988. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Burgers , Zollner, 2 . Roll Call <br /> Alman , Miller, Dian and Chairman Mountin. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Planner Herman and Councilmember <br /> Wuori . <br /> It was noted Commissioner Saunders had an excused <br /> absence. <br /> Chairman Mountin welcomed Judith Dian to the Planning <br /> • Commission. <br /> Motion/Second: Zollner/Burgers to approve the 3. Approval of <br /> September 7 , 1988 minutes as presented. Minutes : <br /> September 7, <br /> 6 ayes 0 nays 1988 <br /> Motion Carried <br /> Greg Johnson, 2865 Highway 10, stated it had come to 4. Residents <br /> his attention the City was considering rezoning his Requests and <br /> property from 17 units per acre to 6 , and he handed Comments from <br /> out documentation to the Planning Commission that he the Floor <br /> had received both from the City and the Court con- <br /> cerning the lawsuit he had filed against the City <br /> previously over this piece of property, and determina- <br /> tions which had been made. He added he had been told <br /> the City did not have to notify him concerning the <br /> down-zoning of his property. <br /> City Planner Herman explained the Planning Commission <br /> is in the process of considering Zoning Code changes, <br /> and so far they have only had informal meetings. Before <br /> any action on the Code is taken, a public hearing would <br /> be held and notices sent at that time. <br /> Mr. Johnson suggested the Planning Commission talk to <br /> City Attorney Richard Meyers before any decision is <br /> made .
