No. 240-88, <br /> Minor Subdi- <br /> City Planner Herman reviewed the request of the vision, Paul <br /> applicant. She explained the setback requirements Newcomb, 8085 <br /> would now be met for the storage shed, which was Woodlawn Drive, <br /> formerly a garage. The applicant has agreed to put Planning Case <br /> a driveway in within one year. No. 255-88 <br /> Chairman Mountin suggested that the surveyors map <br /> be included as an exhibit with the resolution in <br /> future proposals. <br /> • Motion/Second: Miller/Alman to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 240-88, recommending approval of a minor subdivi- <br /> sion for Paul R. Newcomb, 8085 Woodlawn Drive, <br /> Planning Case No. 255-88. <br /> 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
