Commissiner Dian explained she felt the <br /> proper zoning was B-3 rather than B-2, and she pointed <br /> out this does not carry through with the intention of <br /> a main street for Mounds View. <br /> Chairman Mountin drew a parallel between motorcycles <br /> and other motor vehicles and stated she feels they <br /> belong in B-3, which is a more intense use. <br /> • City Planner Herman explained the reason the proposed 8.
