Staff Report
earlier in the day and they should be before the Plan-
ning Commission again in two weeks.
City Planner Herman reported she had received a letter
from Public Storage requesting a refund of the fees
they had paid. She explained that would be approved
at a Council level, and appropriate expenses taken out
before the refund is issued.
City Planner Herman updated the Planning Commission
on the progress of the comprehensive plan update and
discussions with the Council . She advised the Council
is upset about the written format of the plan pre-
sented by the consultant. The Planning Commission
also expressed frustration with not having a legible
copy to work with, which makes it very difficult to
interpret. This is the third draft the consultant
has done, and it is not satisfactory yet.
Chairman Mountin stated she would like to have some
Saturday meetings to work on the zoning issues and
comprehensive plan, to get things finished up. Dates
0 will be established at a later time.
