Adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and <br /> necessary facilities have been or will be provided. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br /> planned unit development and two conditional use permit requests <br /> by Everest Development for. Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken <br /> Restaurants contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. The planned unit development site plan, landscape <br /> plan, grading, drainage and utility plan, lighting <br /> plan, and the conditional use permit resolution shall <br /> be recorded with Ramsey County. <br /> 2. The drive-through speakers shall not cause excessive <br /> noise or be a nuisance to the surrounding property. <br /> 3. The developer must enter into and sign a development <br /> contract with the City. <br /> 4.
