Consideration <br /> of Resolution <br /> Ms. Hren explained Everest Development has requested a No. 260-89 for <br /> PUD amendment to Mounds View Business Park South, to a Planned Unit <br /> accommodate a prospective tenant, and they are pro- Development <br /> posing building recalculations of square footage, but Amendment for <br /> will still have approximately the same total square Mounds View <br /> footage on the site. 30 additional parking stalls Business Park <br /> have been added, as the gross floor area of the site South Regarding <br /> has been increased by 18, 751 square feet. Modification <br /> of Building <br /> Ms. Hren noted the proposed PUD amendment meets the Square Footage - <br /> intent of the original PUD for the Mounds View Planning Case <br /> • <br /> Business Park South project, that the parking has been No. 259-89 <br /> increased by 30 spaces, with room for more parking if <br /> necessary, and all building setbacks and parking <br /> setbacks have been maintained and meet the original <br /> standards. <br /> Bill Franke, of Everest Development, explained the <br /> project has been approved by the City Council, and <br /> they now have a prospective tenant that requires more <br /> square footage than they had originally planned for, <br /> with possible expansion needs, so they have attempted <br /> to make changes in- the square footage of the buildings <br /> without having any major impact on the site. He noted <br /> there will be no significant change in landscaping, <br /> and they are attempting to maintain as much green area <br /> as possible. <br /> There was discussion on the number of parking spaces <br /> required and consideration of not putting in the addi- <br /> tional 30 parking spaces along the east property line <br /> near County Road H, but rather leaving that as green <br /> space with the designation that it be future parking, <br /> if necessary. <br /> Brian Johnson, of Everest Development, showed on the <br /> 0 landscaping and site plans where snow would be piled <br /> during the winter, as well as where the entrances to <br /> each building are and the parking in those immediate <br /> areas.
