Call to <br /> by Chair Mountin at 7:39 PM on Wednesday, October 4, Order <br /> 1989. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Dian, Jones, Miller, 2. Roll Call <br /> Zollner and Chair Mountin. <br /> It was noted Commissioner Burgers had an excused <br /> absence, and Commissioner Alman had verbally resigned <br /> from the Planning Commission, and would be sub- <br /> mitting a written resignation. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Planner Hren and Councilmember <br /> Wuori . <br /> • Motion/Second: Jones/Miller to approve the September 3. Approval of <br /> 9 and September 20, 1989 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br /> September 6 and <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays September 20, <br /> 1989 <br /> Motion Carried <br /> There were no residents requests or comments from the 4. Residents <br /> floor. Requests and <br /> Comments from <br /> the Floor <br /> City Planner Hren noted the Planning Commission had 5. Consideration <br /> previously approved the rezoning of a portion of the of Resolution <br /> site from B-4 to B-3 and a conditional use permit No. 267 -89, <br /> for Hardee ' s, with a drive-through facility, and a Development/ <br /> CUP/PUD for the entire Mounds View Square site. Final Stage Plan <br /> Review for <br /> At this time the applicant is asking for development CUP/PUD for <br /> stage and final stage plan approval, and the action Mounds View <br /> by the Planning Commission at this time would be on Square Shopping <br /> the CUP/PUD for the entire site. Center, Planning <br /> Case No. 276-89 <br /> 111 The applicant has submitted a revised landscaping <br /> plan, based on recommendations made by the Planning <br /> Commission, which has been reviewed by the City <br /> Forester. <br />
