Mounds View Planning Commission November 1, 1989 <br /> Regular Meeting Page Two <br /> Ms. Hren advised the item would be placed on the agenda <br /> for the City Council 's November 20 agenda session, <br /> with action scheduled for November 27. <br /> Ms. Hren reviewed the request of the applicant for 6. Consideration <br /> a minor subdivision, noting the property meets the of Rslt. No. <br /> minimum lot area and width requirements. Staff has 270-89, Minor <br /> prepared a resolution as directed by the Planning Subdivision <br /> Commission. Ms. Hren noted the required survey has Request of <br /> not yet been received by the City. Mr. <br /> Nelson asked that the Planning Commission approve <br /> the driveway, contingent upon MnDOT approval . <br /> Mr. Nelson reported the Perkins driveway had already <br /> been closed off, after giving them notice. He also <br /> . reviewed the changes made to the landscaping plan <br /> to accomodate the driveway. <br />
