Call to Order <br /> to order. by Chairman Mountin at 7: 38 p.m. on <br /> Wednesday, November 15, 1989. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Miller, 2. Roll Call <br /> Burgers, Zollner and Chairman Mountin. <br /> It was noted Commissioner Dian had an excused <br /> absence and Commissioner Jones had an unexcused <br /> absence. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Councilmember Wuori and Planner. <br /> Hren. <br /> There were no residents requests or comments 3. Residents Requests <br /> from the floor. . and Comments From <br /> the Floor <br /> City Planner Hren explained the request of 4. Willard Doty, <br /> Willard Doty for a minor. subdivision. Mr . 3049 Bronson Dr . , <br /> Doty was present to respond to any questions. Planning Case <br /> No other Mounds View residents were present No . 280-89 <br /> regarding this request . <br /> The Planning Commission revised Resolution No. <br /> 270-89 to include a provision stating that the <br /> requirements of the City Engineer have been <br /> complied with. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Burgers to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 270-89 recommending approval of the minor subdi- <br /> vision request of Willard Doty, 3049 Bronson Drive . <br /> 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Chairman Mountin adjourned the meeting at 5.
