RESOLUTION NO. 270-89 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> REQUEST BY WILLARD DOTY, 3049 BRONSON DRIVE, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 280-89 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed <br /> minor subdivision request by Willard Doty for the property <br /> located at 3049 Bronson Drive, legally known as Spring Lake Park <br /> Knolls, west one-half of Lots 61 and 62, as shown on the <br /> Certificate of Survey dated April 27, 1987; and <br /> WHEREAS, each of the proposed lots meet the minimum lot <br /> area and width requirements as outlined in the zoning and <br /> subdivision ordinances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requirements of the City Engineer have been <br /> complied with. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends to the City <br /> Council approval of the requested minor subdivision contingent <br /> upon: <br /> 1. This resolution and the Certificate of Survey be <br /> recorded with Ramsey County within sixty (60 ) days of <br /> final adoption. <br /> 2.
