He explained they have heat pads planned, and the car wash will be closed anytime the temperature drops below 10 . He stated they will be losing income with the denial of access, and he feels the blower requirement would punish them for something • they have not yet done. Chair Mountin explained the blower requirement is a standard imposed on all car washes constructed in the city.
