Mounds View Planning Commission May 2, 1990 <br /> Regular Meeting Page Four <br /> 111 Mr. Strapella stated one possibility would be to see <br /> if the fire department would issue a special permit <br /> to allow a temporary removal tank on the site until <br /> a storage building could be built. <br /> It was agreed by the Planning Commissioners that they <br /> would meet with the City Council at 7 PM on Monday, <br /> May 7, at the Council agenda session, and if the City <br /> Attorney says it is a variance issue, the Planning <br /> Commission will call to order for a special meeting . <br /> If it is determined to be a conditional use permit, <br /> they will have to have notices published in the next <br /> newspaper, to proceed with the required public <br /> hearings. <br /> The applicant was requested to be present at the <br /> Council agenda session on May 7 at 7 PM. <br /> Motion/Second: Jones/Zollner to table action on this <br /> item until a special meeting at 7 PM on Monday, <br /> May 7, 1990. <br /> 6 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> • It was noted the applicant was not present . 7.
