Furniture Store <br /> at Silver View <br /> Mike Shorn, owner of Reflective Living Galleries, Plaza, Planning <br /> explained this would be a first prototype store in Case No. 298-90 <br /> Mounds View, and he reviewed the floor plan for the <br /> proposed store. It would be a 5, 000 s.f. operation, <br /> and would use large photo screens for customers to <br /> view, with very little actual furniture in the show- <br /> room. They would not have daily in and out deliveries, <br /> but would rather have a central warehouse location. <br /> He clarified this would be a showroom, not a warehouse. <br /> Ms. Hren suggested classifying it as a furniture show- <br /> room without inventory, and she reviewed issues the <br /> Planning Commission should consider for this request. <br /> Chair Mountin expressed concern about the neighborhood <br /> impact. <br /> • Jerry Linke, of Kraus Anderson, stated they are finding <br /> many instances of tenants who feel they will fit in but <br /> don ' t, due to how the zoning is written. <br />
