MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> . RESOLUTION NO. 410-95 - - <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT TO ALLOW DISPLAY AND SALE OF MODEL HOMES AT COLONIAL <br /> VILLAGE MANUFACTURED HOME PARK, PLANNING CASE NO. 391-94 <br /> WHEREAS, Colonial Village Manufactured Home Park has <br /> made application to allow the display and sale of model homes <br /> within the Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted the following <br /> items as part of the application: <br /> 1. Planning Application dated June 29, 1994 _ <br /> 2. Letter outlining proposal dated December 6, 1994 <br /> -3. Site Plan dated December 6, 1994 <br /> WHEREAS, Title 1100 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> allows the display and sale of model homes within a manufactured <br /> home park with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> • reviewed the request against the criteria listed in Title 1100 <br /> governing issuance of Conditional Use Permits. - <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br /> the requested conditional use permit for the display and sale of <br /> model homes at Colonial Village Manufactured Home Park, <br /> contingent upon the following: <br /> 1) A copy of this Conditional use permit shall be recorded <br /> with Ramsey County. <br /> 2) Number of units available for sale at any one time <br /> shall not exceed 6% of licensed lots. <br /> 3) Units offered for sale shall be installed in compliance <br /> with all applicable City and State regulations <br /> governing Manufactured Homes. <br /> 4) A current list of properties, updated monthly, upon <br /> which model homes are offered for sale shall be <br /> provided by the applicant and kept on file at City <br /> Hall. <br /> 5) Marketing of the model homes including walk-throughs <br /> 4111 <br /> and open houses shall be limited to the hours of 8 a.m. <br /> to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. <br />
