Consideration of <br /> Recording Secretary Benesch at 7:55 p.m. that Resolution No. <br /> he had to leave the meeting so he was not 450-96 Regarding <br /> present at the time his item was discussed. Minor Subdivision <br /> Request of Larry <br /> Acting Director Pruitt reminded the Commission Beach, 7775 Spring <br /> that this item was discussed at their May 15th Lake Road, Planning <br /> agenda meeting. The applicant is requesting a Case No. 440-96 <br /> minor subdivision to split one parcel into two <br /> parcels at 7555 Spring Lake Road. She noted <br /> that the applicant has made an agreement with <br /> the legal owner, Mrs. Carlson, to purchase the <br /> property which is zoned R-1, Single Family <br /> Residential, and that the proposed lots each <br /> meet the minimum lot area and width <br /> requirements. Mr. Beach's land surveyor <br /> submitted a signed Certificate of survey as <br /> requested by the Planning Commission but <br /> Staff has requested that a larger Certificate be <br /> submitted. <br /> In reviewing the request, Acting Director Pruitt <br /> noted that a 5' easement is shown on the <br /> survey from the side lot lines and a 10' <br /> easement from the front and rear property lines <br /> • for both parcels.
