Mounds View Planning Commission June 5, 1996 <br /> 411 Regular Meeting Page 7 <br /> exists on Parcel B within 3.2' of the side <br /> property line, and a shed is within two feet of <br /> the side yard property line and that the <br /> easement will be recorded noting a utility <br /> easement 5' from the side yard property line. If <br /> the garage or shed on the property was to be <br /> torn down or enlarged, the structures will need <br /> to be located outside the required setbacks and <br /> applicable easements.
