Mounds View Planning Commission July 10, 1996 <br /> • Regular Meeting Page 5 <br /> The Planning Commission inquired as to <br /> whether or not there was sufficient area for <br /> snow removal. Acting Director Pruitt assured <br /> the Planning Commission that the fence will be <br /> far enough back so as not to cause visual or <br /> snow removal problems. <br /> The public hearing was closed at 7:27 p.m. Public Hearing for <br /> Thomas A. Pick <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Brooks to approve Closed <br /> Resolution No. 460-96, as amended, approving <br /> a height variance for a fence at 2725 Sherwood <br /> Road. <br /> 6 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> • <br /> The applicant was informed at this time that the <br /> Planning Commission is the approving body <br /> and that their variance request is complete with <br /> the exception of the building permit for the <br /> • fence. <br /> The applicant was not present.
