Director Sheldon noted that a <br /> resolution had been prepared approving this <br /> variance request and indicated that Jennifer <br /> Bergman, representing the Mounds View <br /> Economic Development Authority, was present. <br /> It was noted by Director Sheldon that the <br /> • purpose of this request is to demolish the <br /> existing house and construct a new one as part <br /> of the City's Housing Replacement Program <br /> and to market the lot. <br /> Chair Peterson stated that this item was <br /> discussed at their previous agenda meeting. <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Brasaemle to adopt <br /> Resolution No. 477-96 approving a lot width <br /> variance request by the Mounds View <br /> Economic Development Authority for 8265 <br /> Spring Lake Road, Planning Case No. 455-96. <br /> Corrections to the resolution were noted: last <br /> paragraph, first page "develop" should read <br /> development and the Planning Case number <br /> should be added to the title. <br /> 6 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> S Community Development Director Sheldon 4.
