She mentioned that just this <br /> evening she received word from Mr. Bill Diem <br /> tof Stahl Construction that a modification in the <br /> parking design will be presented which moves <br /> the driveway over to allow for the maneuvering <br /> of emergency vehicles. <br /> Ms. Sheldon explained that in the report she <br /> had gone step by step through the criteria and <br /> felt that there were a couple of areas where <br /> the criteria was not met: the character of the <br /> development and whether it fits into the <br /> character of the neighborhood, noting that the <br /> proposed structure will be a story and a half <br /> with the wall heights being 13-16 feet and, if <br /> adding in the roof, will go from 26.5 to 29 feet <br /> in height. She added that typically a home in <br /> this neighborhood is one story (in the range of <br /> 15-16 in height) and the footprint is 2,054 <br /> square feet which is typically larger than the <br /> average home.
