Mounds View Planning Commission November 6, 1996 <br /> 411 Regular Meeting Page 20 <br /> Commissioner Brasaemle recommended that <br /> the Council address this issue since they made <br /> the promise and because they will take final <br /> action on this request. <br /> Chair Peterson reminded the Commission that <br /> a couple of years ago there was an application <br /> made for another service facility in Mounds <br /> View and as part of the process, a model set of <br /> guidelines was put together for services and <br /> hours of operation and perhaps we could <br /> review these guidelines. <br /> Commissioner Brasaemle asked the resident at <br /> 2287 County Road H2 what it was like when <br /> Loose Ends was on the site as far as parking <br /> and lighting. The resident indicated that the <br /> lighting was not as bright but parking and hours <br /> • of operation were a problem. <br /> Commissioner Miller indicated that in the <br /> original conditional use permit it was stated that <br /> only minor repairs and maintenance shall be <br /> allowed on site excluding major engine <br /> overhaul, transmission replacement, and body <br /> work. Director Sheldon indicated that this has <br /> been replaced with a new condition which is <br /> noted on Page 7 of Resolution No. 483-96. <br /> Director Sheldon reminded the Commission <br /> that this item is in front of the Commission for <br /> action this evening and indicated that the <br /> signage issue is not included in the proposed <br /> resolution, and would need to be addressed at <br /> a later time. Director Sheldon noted that the <br /> Commission needed to take action this evening <br /> in order for this case to be heard at the City <br /> Council on November 25. <br /> It was concluded that the concerns with the <br /> • lighting brought before the Planning <br /> Commission this evening were with the original <br />
