• Mounds View Planning Commission November 19, 1997 <br /> Special Meeting Page 8 <br /> Planner Peters continued: <br /> The City Planning Staff recommends the Planning Commission approve Resolution Nos. <br /> 515-97 and 526-97 recommending approval of the Development Review and Preliminary <br /> Plat, respectively, for Silverview Estates with conditions as noted and subject to <br /> stipulations. <br /> Planner Peters reviewed the list of additional conditions as raised at this meeting: <br /> a. Canopy lighting will have the baffles installed and the system will be subject to a <br /> complaint based review after a three month period. <br /> b. A security lock be installed on the RV service facility pipes. <br /> c. A cross easement be prepared for the parking on Lots 2 & 4. <br /> d. The ramp on the elevation sheet No. 4 for the senior housing plan be changed to <br /> reflect the modified site plan. <br /> e. Add language that reflects the Holiday Stationstore owners intent to recycle 60 <br /> percent of the car wash water. <br /> • Commissioner Miller stated that in Resolution No. 515-97 on the third page, item three, <br /> the Fire Marshall's memo, and the additional fire hydrant on the east side of Silver Lake <br /> Road was in question by the applicant and the discussion of it being moved to the west <br /> side had not been resolved. <br /> Planner Peters suggested that the language in the resolution be changed to read that the <br /> fire hydrant would be located on Silver Lake Road on the south end of the senior building <br /> subject to review and approval of the Fire Marshall. <br /> Associate Ericson stated that he would revise the resolution language to include the <br /> Commissioner Johnston asked if there would be any cost to the City to develop the <br /> access points as needed in the development. <br /> Associate Ericson told the Commission that it is the City's intent that all costs to develop <br /> these access points will be the responsibility of the developer and this language would be <br /> included in the development contract. <br /> Mr. Black stated they would be responsible for the cost of the access points. <br /> Commissioner Stevenson addressed the applicant asking if they had accepted the park <br /> • dedication fee as required by the City. <br />
