He told the Commission that the conditions would be met and a purchase <br /> agreement would be submitted shortly. Parcel A will be put on the market with the hopes <br /> that it will be developed as a single-family home. Discussion of the Community Background Section of the Comprehensive <br /> Plan Update <br /> Associate Ericson told the Commission the discussion would be rescheduled due to <br /> lacking information. <br /> B. Update on the Theater Project <br /> Associate Ericson told the Commission the City is waiting to receive a signed <br /> development agreement from the property owner. As soon as this document is received <br /> permits for construction will be issued. <br /> C. City Filing Policy <br /> Associate Ericson told the Commission the Marty family had informed the City that <br /> information and petitions were missing from the City's files on the proposed Harstad <br /> • development. The Martys have requested that the City improve its filing system to better <br /> serve the interests of its residents. <br />
