• Mounds View Planning Commission June 17, 1998 <br /> Special Meeting Page 6 <br /> and the City Clerk "take care of" as a condition of approval. <br /> Staff was recommending approval of Resolution 549-98, a resolution recommending to <br /> the City Council approval of this minor subdivision subject to stipulations. <br /> Ralph Gale Jr., counsel for Mr. Peterson, stated he was aware of the conditions for <br /> approval. He told the Commission that the conditions would be met and a purchase <br /> agreement would be submitted shortly. Parcel A will be put on the market with the hopes <br /> that it will be developed as a single-family home. Parcel B, which currently has a home on <br /> it, will remain as is. <br /> Motion/Second: Obert/Stevenson to approve Resolution 549-98, a resolution recommending to <br /> the City Council approval of this minor subdivision subject to stipulations, Planning Case No. <br /> 527-98, as amended. <br /> Ayes - 5 Nays - <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 7. Staff Reports/Information Items <br /> A. Discussion of the Community Background Section of the Comprehensive <br /> Plan Update <br /> Associate Ericson told the Commission the discussion would be rescheduled due to <br /> lacking information. <br /> B. Update on the Theater Project <br /> Associate Ericson told the Commission the City is waiting to receive a signed <br /> development agreement from the property owner. As soon as this document is received <br /> permits for construction will be issued. <br /> C. City Filing Policy <br /> Associate Ericson told the Commission the Marty family had informed the City that <br /> information and petitions were missing from the City's files on the proposed Harstad <br /> • development. The Martys have requested that the City improve its filing system to better <br /> serve the interests of its residents. <br />
