The owners intent was to <br /> add 14' on to the existing garage, which would have put the garage at 960 square feet. It <br /> was decided to extend the garage out only 13', making the total square footage of the <br /> garage under the 952 square foot maximum. Thus, the need for a Conditional Use permit <br /> was alleviated. <br /> i <br /> 8.
