Call to Order <br /> order by Chair Mountin at 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, <br /> August 7, 1991. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Peterson, Jones, 2. Roll Call <br /> Colleen, Burgers and Chair Mountin. <br /> Commissioner Miller had an excused absence. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Planner Harrington, Councilmember <br /> Blanchard, and Planning Intern Asleson. <br /> Motion/Second: Mountin/Burgers to table the minutes 3 . Approval of <br /> to the next agenda session. Minutes: <br /> July 2, 1991 <br /> • 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> There were no residents requests or comments from the 4 . Residents <br /> floor. Request and <br /> Comments From <br /> The Floor <br /> Chair Mountin noted that she had received a call from <br /> City Administrator Samantha Orduno regarding the <br /> minutes. She went on to state that the minutes must <br /> include vote, major outlines of motion, why a member <br /> may have voted "no", specific questions entertained <br /> by constituents, and concessions made by the <br /> applicants. She noted that the Planning Commission <br /> will review this issue at the next agenda session and <br /> review the Bylaws as they relate to the cases <br /> discussed. <br /> Planner Harrington outlined the case. It was noted 5. Consideration <br /> that the applicant, Norb Yenish, was not present of Resolution <br /> because he was out of town. No. 316-91, <br /> Variance <br /> Commissioner Burgers inquired as to the minimum Request by <br /> height needed for the sign. Planner Harrington Norb Yenish, <br /> •stated that due to the increase in the elevation of 2149 Program, <br /> the adjoining property, the 15'0" variance is the Planning Case <br /> minimum needed to alleviate the hardship.
