UNAPPROVED <br /> Mounds View Planning Commission February 5, 1992 • <br /> Regular Meeting Page 2 <br /> When this case was discussed previously <br /> at Agenda Session, Staff was asked to <br /> investigate the issue of drainage at the <br /> site. Planner Harrington distributed a <br /> memo from City Engineer Ric Minetor, who <br /> did not recommend on-site water <br /> detention. <br /> Chair Mountin requested that the <br /> contents of the memo be incorporated <br /> into the Resolution. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Nelson to approve <br /> Resolution No. 328-92, as amended. <br /> 7 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Planner Harrington moved on to Planning 6 . Consideration <br /> Case 335-91, amendment to Planned Unit of Resolution <br /> Development at 2260/2280 Highway 10. He 329-92, <br /> noted that this case had been discussed regarding <br /> at the previous agenda session and that Planned Unit <br /> Tim Nelson was present to represent the Development • <br /> applicant, Everest Development. amendment for <br /> Everest <br /> Mr. Nelson prefaced his comments on this Development at <br /> case by asking the Commission if they Mounds View <br /> might also consider taking action on Business Park <br /> another Everest proposal not on the South <br /> agenda, namely the Conditional Use <br /> Permit (C.U.P. ) application for a Saturn <br /> Dealership at 2375 Highway 10. He <br /> indicated that Saturn was expressing <br /> concerns regarding timing and that they <br /> were willing to consider the C.U.P. and <br /> the Major Subdivision/Jackson Drive <br /> issues at separate times . <br /> Chair Mountin replied that she would <br /> poll the Commissioners on this request <br /> following action on the case at hand. <br /> Mr. Nelson reviewed plans to add land <br /> into the Mounds View Business Park South <br /> Planned Unit Development (P.U.D) to add <br /> a 190 stall parking lot. He stated that <br /> Everest had received a favorable opinion <br /> from the City Forester on the land- <br /> scaping, which would provide screening111 <br /> between the northwest corner of the <br />
