UNAPPROVED <br /> Mounds View Planning Commission February 5, 1992 • <br /> Regular Meeting Page 4 <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the <br /> possibility of prohibiting right turns <br /> from the proposed parking lot onto <br /> Woodale Drive to prevent an increase in <br /> residential traffic. Mr. Nelson stated <br /> that most people would probably turn <br /> onto Highway 10 anyway and that such a <br /> prohibition would just create a policing <br /> problem. However, he did leave open the <br /> possibility of putting in traffic <br /> restrictions in the future if <br /> residential traffic becomes a problem. <br /> Chair Mountin asked Mr. Paron if he felt <br /> comfortable with the grading plan as <br /> presented by Mr. Nelson. He indicated <br /> that he felt it would be satisfactory. <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Colleen to <br /> approve Resolution 329-92, recommending <br /> Council approval of an amendment to the <br /> planned unit development at 2260/2280 <br /> Highway 10 . <br /> 7 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Chair Mountin asked Commission members 7 .
