Chapter 49 of the Mounds <br /> View Municipal Code allows for construction within the flood plain <br /> with a Conditional Use Permit. City Engineer Ric Minetor has <br /> reviewed the request and found it to be in conformance with the <br /> guidelines for development set forth in Chapter 49 . <br /> This item has been reviewed by the Planning Commission at their <br /> April 15, 1992 agenda session.
