MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 335-92 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br /> CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE WITHIN THE FLOOD ZONE, STEVE <br /> BORDEN, 3009 COUNTY ROAD H, PLANNING CASE NO. 342-92 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request by Steve Borden for a conditional use permit <br /> to construct an accessory structure in the flood plain zone; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 49 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> allows for the construction of an accessory building in the flood <br /> plain zone by conditional use permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the application <br /> and found that impacts to the flood plain would be negligible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the conditional use <br /> permit to construct an accessory structure within the flood plain <br /> zone. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 6th day of May, 1992 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Planner <br />
