MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 337-92 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUESTED SETBACK VARIANCE FOR <br /> GEORGE WAGAR, 7660 WOODLAWN DRIVE, <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 346-92 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request of George Wagar for a variance to allow a <br /> garbage dumpster enclosure at a six foot front yard setback where <br /> a 30 foot setback is required by Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> criteria used when evaluating all variance requests; and <br /> WHEREAS, the variance requested is the minimum <br /> necessary to alleviate the hardship; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the <br /> reason for the variance is that City Code requires that all <br /> garbage dumpsters shall be fully enclosed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View • <br /> Planning Commission approves the 24 foot variance. <br /> Adopted this 6th day of May, 1992 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Planner <br />
