MEMORANDUM <br /> • <br /> TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> FROM: PAUL HARRINGTON, PLANNER I"' (4- <br /> DATE: April 30, 1992 <br /> SUBJECT: MINOR SUBDIVISION - 8298 KNOLLWOOD <br /> ARNOLD SCHOLLJEGERDES, PLANNING CASE NO. 345-92 <br /> Arnold Scholljegerdes has made application for a Minor Subdivision <br /> of the property located at 8298 Knollwood Drive. The property is <br /> legally known as: That part of Lot 35, Auditor's Subdivision No.89, <br /> lying East of the West 214 . 07 feet, lying South of the North 180 <br /> feet, and lying North of the South 127 feet thereof. All in Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> At the April 15, 1992 Planning Commission agenda session, staff <br /> informed the Commission that measurements on the Certificate of <br /> Survey did not seem to correspond to figures contained on the 1/2 <br /> section maps for the same area. Upon consultation with the <br /> applicants surveyor, the proper land areas were identified and all <br /> • <br /> measurements were verified. Additionally, utility easements have <br /> been provided on the Certificate which have been reviewed by the <br /> City Engineer and found to be in conformance with City standards. <br /> All other applicable requirements of Chapter 42, "Subdivision <br /> Regulations" , have been met or exceeded. <br /> I have included Resolution No. 338-92 for your consideration.
