Plan <br /> Rezoning of Acquisition Site from B-3, Highway_Commercial, <br /> to Planned Unit Development(P.U.D.) <br /> The so-called "Waste" property which Multi-Tech intends to <br /> acquire from Commercial Property Investments, Inc. , to <br /> accommodate its expansion is currently zoned B-3, Highway <br /> Commercial. Applicant requests that the acquisition/expansion <br /> site be rezoned from B-3 to Planned Unit Development (P.U.D. ) <br /> to accommodate Applicant's intended use of the property for <br /> office, manufacturing/production, and distribution/ <br /> warehousing.
