The Council <br /> tabled a decision on the Conditional Use <br /> Permit until a study by the Humane <br /> Society can be performed. <br /> Councilmember Trude suggested that the <br /> Planning Commission review Chapters 40 <br /> and 91 on animals to determine the <br /> criteria for granting such requests. <br /> There being no further business before 11.
