Planner Harrington No. 378-94 <br /> explained that the developer, Multi- Regarding <br /> Tech, was proposing a 38 , 080 square foot Development <br /> addition to their existing facility Review of <br /> located at 2205 Woodale Drive. He Multi-Tech, <br /> assured the Commission that this 2205 Woodale <br /> proposal meets all conditions of Drive, Planning <br /> Chapters 40 and 59 of the Code. He also Case No. 377-94 <br /> informed the Commission that storm water <br /> control on the site is adequate. <br /> Scott Wylie, representing Multi-Tech, <br /> was present. <br /> Motion/Second: Colleen/Nelson to <br /> approve Resolution No. 377-94 , <br /> recommending approval of a the <br /> development request of Multi-Tech, 2205 <br /> Woodale Drive. <br /> 411 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Planner Harrington made note of the 7 . Consideration <br /> resignation of Peg Mountin and that of application <br /> staff had advertised in the City for appointment <br /> Newsletter for applicants to fill the to the Planning <br /> vacancy. He indicated that Staff had Commission <br /> received one application and had two in <br /> possession from a year ago. He reminded <br /> the Commission that although we have <br /> three applications to review, there was <br /> only one seat open on the Commission. <br /> He listed the three applicants: Laurie <br /> Ohmann Schley, Robert Johnston and <br /> Richard Oman. <br /> Planner Harrington requested that the <br /> Planning Commission make a <br /> recommendation tonight so that he could <br /> bring it to the Council Monday evening. <br /> Commissioner Miller brought up her <br /> concern about one of the applicants <br /> already serving on a Commission. <br /> 0 Commissioner Nelson agreed that they <br /> should appoint someone not currently <br /> serving on a Commission. <br />
