He expressed that <br /> Carla was well liked by all and that she <br /> will be sorrily missed and that we wish <br /> her the best. <br /> 41O Commissioner Ruggles inquired as to <br /> whether or not the City would be filling <br /> her position. Discussion by the <br /> Planning Commission ensued regarding the <br /> need for a Code Enforcement Officer in <br /> the City of Mounds View. It was <br /> discussed that it would be advantageous <br /> to hire someone to work solely in Code <br /> Enforcement and to also review the <br /> Nuisance Ordinance. Planner Harrington <br /> indicated that the idea had been brought <br /> up by Staff to hire a half-time intern, <br /> to be funded entirely be the SCORE <br /> grant, to handle the City's recycling <br /> program. <br /> Commission Nelson expressed that Carla <br /> will be missed by the Planning <br /> Commission and that she has provided an <br /> invaluable service to the City. The <br /> Commission also welcomed the new <br /> Recording Secretary, Barb Benesch, <br /> aboard. <br /> Planner Harrington introduced to the <br /> 411 Planning Commission new employee <br /> Jennifer Bergman, the City's Housing <br /> Intern.
