He also informed the Permit Request <br /> Planning Commission that the applicant of Rodney & <br /> would be required to submit a Victoria <br /> Certificate of Survey showing side yard Schultz , 5505 <br /> setbacks . Quincy Street, <br /> Planning Case <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Johnston to No. 382-94 <br /> approve Resolution No. 390-94 , <br /> recommending approval of the conditional <br /> use permit request of Rodney and <br /> Victoria. Consideration <br /> and explained that the applicant, Harold of Resolution <br /> Ihnot, was requesting a variance to No. 391-94 <br /> allow for a second driveway for health Regarding <br /> reasons . Variance <br /> Request of <br /> The Planning Commission discussed the Harold Ihnot, <br /> contingencies that would be included in 7900 Greenfield <br /> the resolution. It was the consensus of Avenue, <br /> the Planning Commission that the Planning Case <br /> variance shall become nu31 and void 10 N . <br /> years after its adoption, a copy shall <br /> be recorded with Ramsey County, and the <br /> width of the driveway shall not exceed <br /> 12 feet. It was also noted that the <br /> property owner would be responsible for <br /> the removal of the driveway upon <br /> expiration of the Sunset clause. <br /> Planner Harrington distributed the <br /> proposed resolution to the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Colleen to <br /> • approve Resolution No. 391-94 , <br /> recommending approval of the variance <br />
