It was noted by the Planning Commission that variances were not presidential. The Planning Commission was concerned about the clause in the resolution which stated that granting the variance would not confer special privileges on the applicant that are not enjoyed by other property owners in the same district, and asked that this statement be removed from the resolution. They also requested that the statement indicating that the literal interpretation of the provisions of this code would deprive the applicant of rights commonly enjoyed by other properties inthe same district under the terms of the code also be removed . from the resolution. The Planning Commission was concerned about the location of the proposed driveway'. Planner Harrington indicated that the curb cut would be located 40 to 50 feet east of the present berm curb.
