Interior <br /> curbs required must be a normal 6 inches in height. <br /> SURFACING <br /> The entire site on which vehicle is located, other than that devoted to <br /> building and structures or landscaped areas,must be hard paved surface • <br /> and maintained for control of dust, erosion and drainage. <br /> PARKING <br /> 1. Customer Parking- 8 off-street parking spaces, plus 1 additional <br /> space for each 800 sq. ft. of floor area over 1,000 sq. ft. <br /> 2. Employee Parking- A minimum of 2 employee parking spaces are <br /> required for every 3 employees. The required parking spaces must <br /> be shown and designated on a site plan. <br /> 3. For Outside Sales and Storage- The maximum area permitted for <br /> outside sales or storage of automobiles, new and used, can not <br /> exceed. 3.5 sq. ft. of outside storage area to each 1 sq. ft. of <br /> enclosed ground floor area. Not more than 1 automobile can be <br /> stored on each 150 sq. ft of outside paved storage/display area. <br /> No rooftop parking is permitted. <br /> SURFACE DRAINAGE PLAN AND IMPROVEMENTS <br /> A drainage plan must illustrate all paved area surface drainage flows. <br /> Catch basin traps and/or settling ponds are required to dispose of interior <br /> parking or display area drainage and are subject to approval by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> SIGNAGE <br /> Sign requirements for auto sales are the same as the B-3, Auto Oriented <br /> Business District regulations. <br /> • <br />
