(1988 Code 39.09) • 1008.04 PERMIT FEES; WAIVER Subd. 1. Fee: The application for a permit shall be accompanied by the required permit fee. The permit fee shall be established by resolution of the City Council. (1988 Code §§39.10) Subd. 2. Waiver: the Council may, in its discretion, waive the fee required by the Section where the signs are to be erected by civic or religious organizations.
