The request is <br /> for a conditional use permit to build a 1,260 square foot <br /> garage. <br /> The applicant has provided a statement that "The <br /> current two car garage on this property is not sufficient size <br /> to store our business vehicle, pleasure vehicle; family car, <br /> boat and trailer, antique collector car and snowmobile <br /> trailer, under roof and out of sight of the community <br /> members. We wish to erect this structure in hopes to clean <br /> the yard and driveway of unsightly items." <br /> Any existing garage and shed is located on the property <br /> (shown on Site Plan A). The applicant is aware these <br /> structures will need to be removed, and that no other <br /> accessory structures may be constructed, if the CUP <br /> request for an oversized garage is approved. Aim <br /> The proposed garage is in conformance with all applicable <br /> zoning regulations. <br /> Recommendation/ <br /> Analysis: Based on discussion at the June 19, 1996 Agenda Meeting, <br /> Resolution No. 461-96 recommending approval to construct <br /> an oversized garage at 8005 Woodlawn has been rpepared <br /> for your review and consideration with the following <br /> cuntingencies: <br /> 1. The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey <br /> County within 60 days of City Council approval, and a <br /> receipt of such recording shall be provided to the City <br /> of Mounds View. <br /> 2.
