Subd. 1 b, requires a minimum side yard of <br /> thirty feet. <br /> Section 1106.04, Subd. 1 c, requires adequate screening <br /> from abutting residential uses and appropriate landscaping. <br /> Section 1106.04, Subd. 1d, requires adequate off-street <br /> parking. <br /> Section 1121.13 requires at least one parking space for <br /> each four seats, based on the design capacity of the main <br /> assembly hall.
