ORDINANCE NO. 60 93 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING ARTICLE I, ENTITLED "IN GENERAL," AND <br />ARTICLE X, ENTITLED "SUPPLEMENTAL DISTRICT <br />REGULATIONS," IN CHAPTER 27, "ZONING," IN THE <br />TOWN OF JUPITER CODE OF ORDINANCES; PERTAINING <br />TO DEFINITIONS AND SUPPLEMENTAL ZONING <br />REGULATIONS FOR COMMUNICATION TOWERS AND <br />UTILITY SERVICE FACILITIES; AND PROVIDING FOR <br />SEVERABILITY, REPEAL OF LAWS IN CONFLICT, <br />CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Jupiter Town Council seeks to preserve and <br />enhance the positive aesthetic aualities of the built and natural <br />environment in the Town of Jupiter; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Jupiter Town Council desires to amend the Town's <br />land development regulations to reflect current trends affecting <br />communications technologies; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Jupiter Town Council seeks to guide and control <br />future development within the Town of Jupiter; and, <br />WHEREAS, the "Land Use Element" in the Town of Jupiter <br />Comprehensive Plan (1990), as amended, contains goals, objectives <br />and policies governing the location and compatibility of land uses <br />within the Town of Jupiter; and, <br />WHEREAS, the, Jupiter Town Council has determined that the <br />1 <br />
