meet the tower needs of the applicant; and <br />b. a written evaluation of the feasibility of sharing <br />a communication tower, if an appropriate <br />communication tower or towers is available. The <br />evaluation shall analyze, but is not limited to, <br />the following factors: <br />1. structural capacity of the tower or towers; <br />2. radio frequency interference; <br />3 geographic service area requirements; <br />4. mechanical or electrical incompatibilities; <br />5 inability or ability to locate equipment on <br />the tower or towers; <br />cost, if fees and costs for. sharing would <br />exceed the cost of a new communication tower <br />over a 25-year period; and <br />7. any restrictions or limitations of the Federal <br />Communications Commission that would preclude <br />the shared use of the tower. <br />A communication tower that is determined to be <br />inappropriate for sharing shall be assumed to be <br />inappropriate for sharing the same types of facilities in <br />the future. Such towers will not need to be evaluated in <br />the future regarding sharing with the same type of <br />facility for which it has been determined to be <br />inappropriate. The Department of Community Development <br />shall retain a list of .such towers, and will provide a <br />copy of the list to all potential applicants for special <br />exception approval for a communication tower. <br />(5) Setbacks and related location reauirements. <br />a. Communication towers shall comply with the minimum <br />setbacks requirements provided in Tables 1 - 4. <br />b. Communication towers shall comply with the minimum <br />requirements relating the height of a proposed <br />communications tower and minimum distances from <br />residential zoning districts, minimum distances <br />from other onsite principal uses, and minimum <br />setbacks for tower supports as provided in Tables 1 <br />-4 <br />c. Communication towers shall comply with the minimum <br />8 <br />
