Final occupancy permits for each phase of the project <br /> shall not be issued until water, sanitary sewer, storm <br /> storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter and bituminous <br /> base to service such phase have been installed the area <br /> of the project where the building is located . <br /> 14. Building signs and other signs shall meet City Code <br /> requirements and be uniform throughout the P.U. D. <br /> 15. City Code Chapter 40. 24, Subd. B( 4 ) , requirements <br /> shall be satisfied. <br /> 16. All requirements of City Code Chapter 40. 24 Subd . <br /> B ( 8 ) through B ( 13 ) , shall be satisfied . <br /> 17 . The Development Phase Plans of the P. U. D. shall meet <br /> the approval of the Mounds View Fire Chief. <br /> 18. If the Developer acquires the single family house west <br /> of McDonald 's Restaurant, the property shall be <br /> included in the planned unit development. <br /> 19. The Developer shall install plantings on the south side <br /> of County Road H-2 in the area of the parking lot <br /> exits to County Road H-2 in accordance with approved <br /> 1111 P. U. D. 's landscaping plan. <br />
