Mounds View City Council December 13, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting Page 3 <br /> <br />Council Member Marty asked if the centerline painting on page 20 was for H2. 1 <br /> 2 <br />Public Works Director Lee stated that it was a combination of H2 and city wide. 3 <br /> 4 <br />Council Member Marty stated the contractor had to be brought back to redo H2, and he felt that 5 <br />the contractor should absorb that cost. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Public Works Director Lee stated that he could check on it, but part of the negotiation to get the 8 <br />contractor to come back was that the City would absorb this cost. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Council Member Stigney asked what the chair was for on page 7 for $319.46. 11 <br /> 12 <br />City Clerk Ulrich stated that he recalled a chair being purchased for the police department. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Council Member Stigney stated that the police department chair was the one they had discussed 15 <br />at the last Council meeting. 16 <br /> 17 <br />City Clerk Ulrich stated he would have to check to see where the chair was purchased for. 18 <br /> 19 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney.
