To approve Resolution 6408, Approving the 2005 Special 4 <br />Election Ballot. 5 <br /> 6 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 7 <br /> 8 <br />N. Resolution 6415 Approving a Contract for Decision Resources to conduct a 9 <br />Quality of Life Residential Survey for the City of Mounds View. 10 <br /> 11 <br />City Clerk Ulrich stated that the cost of the survey would be $10,2000, and $10,200 had been 12 <br />budgeted and put into a fund for this purpose. He stated there had been input from the Council 13 <br />from the last work session, and if the Council had further questions, they could be submitted to 14 <br />him and he would have Decision Resources look at the wording and bring them back before the 15 <br />Council. He stated the questions would be ready in January or February. 16 <br /> 17 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Linke. To waive the reading and approve Resolution 6415, 18 <br />Approving a Contract for Decision Resources to conduct a Quality of Life Residential Survey for 19 <br />the City of Mounds View. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Council Member Stigney stated he felt an alternative should be looked into rather than using this 22 <br />costly approach. 23 <br /> 24 <br /> Ayes – 3 Nays – 1 Motion carried. 25 <br /> 26 <br />11.
