<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6456 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Resolution Approving a Business License <br />for <br />Aspen Waste Systems, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to haul garbage, <br />rubbish, recyclables or yard waste or any combination thereof from residential areas, <br />commercial establishments, multiple dwellings and/or mobile home parks must apply to <br />the City for a license; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Aspen Waste Systems, Inc., has applied for a Garbage and <br />Rubblish Hauler License; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Aspen Waste Systems, Inc., has submitted the proper <br />paperwork and fees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve an Garbage and Rubbish Hailer License for Aspen Waste <br />Systems, Inc., for Multiple Dwelling and Commercial Establishments; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from February 15, 2005-June 30, 2005. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of February, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
