<br />ORDINANCE 755 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1120.02 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW ZONING <br />CODE RELATING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND <br />REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Subdivision 12 of Section 1120.02 of the Mounds View Zoning Code <br />pertaining to Planned Unit Development (PUD) standards and requirements is hereby <br />amended with the proposed additions underlined: <br /> <br /> <br />Subd. 12. Building Height: Height limitations shall be the same as imposed in the respective <br />districts, unless the City Council determines additional height or stories would serve <br />a better purpose consistent with the stated intent of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
