Item No: 8E <br />Meeting Date: March 14, 2005 <br />Type of Business: Council Business <br />Administrator Review : _____ <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Mounds View City Council <br />From: Kristin Prososki, Planning Associate <br />Item Title/Subject: Approval of a Certificate of Correction for the Velmeir CVS <br />Final Plat <br /> <br />Introduction: <br /> <br />Staff received a phone call from Loucks Associates, the engineering firm for the CVS <br />Pharmacy development, stating that a certificate of correction needs to be filed for the Velmeir <br />CVS Plat. A copy of the plat, with the correction noted, was sent to the City (see attached). <br />The only change to the plat is the dimension listed for the southeasterly line of Lot 3, which is <br />currently shown as 219.81 feet, should be corrected to display a dimension of 218.81 feet. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />The Council approved the Velmeir CVS Final Plat on June 28, 2004. The plat, as approved, <br />shows that the length of the southeasterly line of Lot 3, Silverview Terrace Apartments, is <br />219.81 feet. The plat needs to be corrected to show the actual dimension of 218.81 feet. <br />This correction does not actually change any lot lines, but will change the text that displays <br />the dimension. All other information on the plat is correct and has been approved by <br />Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Approve Resolution 6476, approving the certificate of correction for the Velmeir CVS Plat. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />Kristin Prososki <br />Planning Associate <br /> <br /> Attachments: <br />1.
