All surfaces shall be properly cleaned, prepared, and primed prior to painting. <br />Valspar (or equal) paint shall be applied, three coats to match chassis. DOT <br />conspicuity tape shall be applied to each side. <br /> <br />MOUNTING: <br />Tank shall be mounted to chassis using spring bolted angle mounts. Behind the <br />rear wheels shall be mounted two full rubber mud flaps behind the wheels and <br />ahead of the rear wheels. All electrical, hydraulic, pumping, and valve controls <br />shall be tested after installation and mounting. <br /> <br />FRONT REMOTE WATER MONITOR: <br />A POK 1 ½” remote controlled water monitor with electric fog nozzle, mounted at <br />the front of the vehicle with joystick controls located inside the chassis cab. <br />Monitor has 350 degree rotation with –30 to +50 degree elevation and flow <br />capacity to 350gpm @100psi. <br /> <br />DUMP VALVE: <br />A 10” steel square Newton Quick-dump shall be provided at the rear with electric <br />actuator and tip down extension chute. Switches for the valve shall be located in <br />the chassis cab and at the valve location. <br /> <br />HOSE REEL: <br />There shall be one Hannay model EF24-23-24 electric rewind hose reel, <br />mounted in an aluminum compartment on the driver side. Reel shall have a 100’ <br />x 1” single jacket REELTEX booster hose with adjustable flow nozzle. The valve <br />shall be a 1” manual brass ball valve located inside the aluminum compartment. <br />This discharge line shall also have the ¼” recirculation line. <br /> <br />FLUSHER NOZZLES: <br />Additional street flusher nozzle with valve and actuator, switch on operator’s <br />panel. <br /> <br />FILL LINES: <br />Additional “J” style fill with valve. <br /> <br />PUMP DRIVE SYSTEM DEDUCT: <br />PTO to gearbox pump drives system in lieu of hydraulic drive system. <br /> <br />OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT- <br />STAINLESS TANK: <br />Stainless steel tank and framing constructions in lieu of mild steel. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
