Long Term (add to Capital Improvement Program) <br />1. Irrigation System at City Hall – add an irrigation system to the south, east, and <br />west side for City Hall. Currently in CIP for 2005. C – 2005 ($12,000) <br /> <br />2. Edgewood Drive Boulevard Project – place colored concrete or brick pavers <br />between the curb and pathway on Edgewood Drive. C- 2006 ($28,000) <br /> <br />3. Playground replacement at City Hall. Park. C- 2007 ($31,000) <br />(includes $6,000 for fibarfill) <br /> <br />4. Community Center Parking Lot – redesign so the front ends of vehicles <br />do not overhang the sidewalk. There is a drainage problem that needs <br />to be addressed in front of the daycare. Add storm sewer catch basin <br />and pipe it out to Bronson Drive. C- 2007 ($30,000) <br /> <br />5. Tennis Courts of Greenfield Park – Clean up, crack seal surface, slurry <br />coat, add a gate to the fence for maintenance purposes. Suggested <br />during May 8, 2003 park tour. C – 2006 ($10,000) <br /> <br />6. Look into developing a soccer field in the undeveloped area near Trunk <br />Highway 10 of Greenfield Park. Suggested during May 8, 2003 park <br />tour. C – 2009 ($50,000) <br /> <br />7. Park Lighting Program – Add / replace lights on all City property. <br />Replace with energy efficient fixtures. Must have a positive cost/benefit <br />ratio. C – ($150,000 in CIP; $100,000 from Park Dedication, $50,00 <br />from Special Project Fund) This program is currently being developed. <br />Highly subject to change. <br /> <br />8. Replace security light with more efficient fixtures at Greenfield Park. <br />Park Foreman Recommendation. C – 2006 ($5,000) May be part of <br />larger Park Lighting Project.
